Herbal Facial Steam

To Prepare Your Facial Steam:

Scoop 2 TBSP into a bowl.

Pour 4-6 cups of hot, steaming water over the botanicals and stir.

Sit down at a table in front of the bowl and let it cool for a few moments.

Drape a large towel over your head catching the rising steam as it bathes your face for 10 minutes.

Then wash, rinse, and apply your favorite toner.

Repeat weekly. Makes 8+ facial steams

Organic Althaea officinalis (Marshmallow) Root: calms inflamed skin
