If you are not satisfied with any of the Petal + Hive or Acta Beauty brand products you have purchased at petalandhive.com or in store, you may return them within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, please contact us for further assistance. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Products that are not Petal + Hive brand are eligible for return only if they are unopened. 

Three easy steps to return an item

2. Pack the product
Send a note telling us why you aren't completely satisfied - we want to know how we can do better. Send one of the following:
* a copy of your return slip (we will send one via email)
* the original packing slip
* a note containing your name, address, and email and/or phone number

3. Mail your return

You are responsible for return shipping charges. To ensure that we receive your return, we recommend using a method of shipment with tracking and insurance.
