Suggested use: Apply to areas of soreness or tension to warm and soothe the muscles. NOTE: Avoid use if sensitive to spice, heat or any ingredients. Do not use on swelling with increased temperature. Avoid the eyes and open skin. If skin remains red or feels irritated, discontinue use.
