Then we will explore the difference between strength and relaxation of the pelvic floor. We will also discuss common signs and symptoms that indicate potential issues and explore how the pelvic floor functions as part of a larger system within the body. Finally, we will share strategies to improve your overall physical well-being to support optimal pelvic floor function and knowing when to seek help from a pelvic floor PT.
